Why Care about Information Technology?
If you have ever been involved in any part of the technological revolution, you’
re an inventor, educator or a consumer; you’ll realize how amazing the journey
in developing this technology is. In this fast paced life we have today, no
Nigerian wants to be left out with all the technological marvels around.
Nigerians wants to be updated. Our youths want to keep up. Right now, it
looks like technology is inevitable -- It’s all over us!
Regardless whether you are in government or business in Asia, Europe,
America, Africa, Midwest, South America, or living in a tropical or physically
isolated island, every one of us is capable of taking advantage of the
multitude of technological innovations. Inventors never stop inventing, and
Nigerian consumers should never stop desiring to get a piece of the action.
There is no such thing as too much knowledge, you can’t never have enough!
Most Nigerians acknowledge excellence and highlights the effectiveness of
technological transfer to the people of our country. RSSI vision for Nigeria is
a country that is all about sharing information and transmitting signals in all
destinations possible in the world. We envisioned a technological revolution
that results to the education of the public on the non-stop advancements and
developments around us, which we all will agree has substantially changed the
way of life around the world. The importance of IT/education for every
Nigerian will became the backbone of RSSI IT Work Group. We believe that
we have the responsibility to show Nigerians that there are infinite resources
of information that are accessible to them through the Information Highway.
The boundless knowledge is in their grasp! Nigerians just have crab hold!!
